Geographers at the University of Oklahoma focus on the
analysis of the human-environment interface. We bring to
the study of the interface overlapping expertise in the areas
of cultural-historical geography (Nostrand, Offen, Rundstrom,
Wallach, Wood), applied physical geography (Greene, Hoagland,
Spaeth, Tarhule), and Geography Information Science (Myint,
Rashed, Yuan). Our focus complements the mission of the College
of Geosciences by bridging the social and earth sciences.
